The certificate of the vaccine include details of all the basic information about the vaccinated person, such as name of the person, age and gender of the person, the name of the vaccine, the date of the initial dose of the vaccine as well as the due date of the next dose of the vaccine, among others. In case the person getting the initial dose of the vaccine has any co-morbidities, it must be mentioned at the time of taking the vaccine so that necessary measures can be carried.

Process to download the CoWIN Certificate via Arogya Setu App
Here are the steps to follow to download the CoWIN Certificate using Arogya Setu App:
- On your mobile phone, open the app of Arogya Setu
- For this, you can either download the app by using AppleStore (for iPhone) or Google Playstore
- Now you can use your registered mobile number to sign in to the app
- You can see the CoWIN tab at the top of the page and click on it.
- Now, select the option to get Vaccination Certificate
- Next, you may submit the reference ID consisting of 13-digits
- Finally opt for the download the certificate option
Process to download the CoWIN Certificate via the CoWIN Website
Here are the steps to follow to download the CoWIN Certificate using CoWIN Website:
- Go to the official website of CoWIN.
- Log in to the website using the phone number registered with the app.
- An One Time Password (OTP) will appear on your phone number
- You can sign in to the app using the OTP received
- Now look for the ‘certificate’ tab on the page that you can see in front of you.
- If you have administered the first dose of the vaccine, you will see the tab of certificate.
- Finally, you need to download the certificate by clicking on the download tab
- You will receive your CoWIN certificate.
