The minimum entry age under the Care Health Freedom Plan 1 is 18 years for an adult and 90 days for a child.

The minimum entry age for the Care Health Freedom Plan 2 is:

  • If it’s  an individual plan, then 46 years

  • If it’s a family floater plan, then the eldest insured person must not be more than 46 years of age.

The maximum entry age for a child is 24 years, and there is no limit for adults.

Pre- and Post-Hospitalisation
