Exclusions in Royal Sundaram health insurance plans

Royal Sundaram health insurance plans do not cover all types of medical expenses that you might incur. Though the plans are comprehensive, some claims are beyond the scope of coverage. The actual instances that Royal Sundaram plans do not cover vary across plans. However, some of the common exclusions found in most plans are as follows –
  • Illnesses occurring within the first 30 days of buying the policy 
  • Some specific illnesses are not covered within the first 2 years
